The tavern of the Orangery is open daily and offers a choice of sandwiches, drinks and ice cream.
You are welcome to picnic on the terraces of the Orangery but also at het 'Pachthof' near the Garden Shop where we provided tables and a vending machine. In the Garden Shop you can taste our unique Botanic Garden Coffee!
WINTERTIME:
- The Orangery will be closed during the week until 25 March 2016 (excluding school holidays).
- The Orangery will be open on Saturdays and Sundays from 12 am to 14:30 pm (last order at 4 pm)
Did you know ?
The Orangery was built around 1818 to over-winter tender plants, like orange trees. Since 1959 it is used as a restaurant for the visitors of the Botanic Garden.
