No A:, B:, C:, L:, G: (...) MS-DOS drives : they are merged into
a simpler UNIQUE directory tree.
In consequence, you MUST 'graft' ['mount'] each floppy,
CDROM... at the wanted place on the 'directory tree' (automated by the
mount buttons on our BR-ToolBar : just click on them)
As a rule, every MS-DOS command has its counterpart in UNIX, but
more powerful and richer in possibilities.
As a rule, UNIX has many more utilities than MS-DOS, designed
to be simple but efficients tools to handle ONE type of problem.
They are often chained to build up 'on-the-fly' a very powerful and
versatile composite command (often a 'one liner command', opposed to the
real program needed by other approaches)
